Beard Equipment Company has a responsibility to our community, employees, and customers to do our part during COVID-19. Your business and livelihood are a top priority, and we realize that your business will need to continue operating as normal – and we are committed to being here for you. To protect our customers and employees, we have implemented procedures to respond to needs and requests in a safe and timely manner. Beard Equipment is dedicated to offering the following services.
Online ordering
- Conveniently order parts and schedule service through our online customer portal. Curbside service will be available beginning Wednesday, March 18.
- Request quotes online for all new equipment and rentals. All requests will be responded to within the same business day.

- Purchase residential and commercial lawn equipment online and receive free shipping.
Curbside service
- Every Beard location will have a full-service curbside operation for parts pickup and equipment drop-off. Curbside service will begin on Wednesday, March 18.
- All machines will be sanitized before customer pick up or delivery.
- One-on-one meetings to discuss service or sales are always available. Please schedule a one-on-one by clicking here.
Special Online financing
- Take advantage of special offerings such as low interest rates and “Cash in Lieu” offerings. Contact us for more details.
- Compact Construction Equipment
- 0% interest for 60 months or cash in lieu of financing of $1,500 per unit.
- Construction & Forestry Equipment
- 0% interest for 36 months or cash in lieu of financing of $3,000 per unit.
- Lawn & Grounds Equipment
- 0% interest for up to 72 months on select Compact Utility Tractors.
