Today, we're proud to recognize Mickey Pitts for an incredible 22 years of service. At Beard Equipment, our success is built on the dedication of employees like Mickey, whose commitment, professionalism, and customer-first mindset have helped strengthen our company for more than two decades.

Mickey joined Beard Equipment on May 31, 2004, bringing with him prior experience in the equipment industry. Transitioning to the John Deere product line presented a new challenge, but one that ultimately proved to be a rewarding career move. He quickly came to appreciate the quality of the equipment, the loyalty of John Deere customers, and the opportunities that Beard Equipment provided.

During his time with the company, Mickey has witnessed tremendous growth and change. While expansion has played an important role, he views technology as one of the most significant developments, transforming the sales process and providing customers with more information than ever before. Despite these advancements, he believes the fundamentals of success remain unchanged—building trust, fostering relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Mickey began his Beard Equipment career as a Territory Manager serving the Florida Panhandle and South Alabama. Over the years, the relationships he has built with both customers and coworkers have been among the most rewarding aspects of his career. He credits those relationships, along with the trust and support he has received from the company, as key reasons he has remained with Beard Equipment for more than two decades.

Throughout his 22 years of service, Mickey has lived out Beard Equipment's core values to Be Dependable, Be Valuable, Be Thoughtful, and Make a Difference. His approach to serving customers has always been rooted in honesty, reliability and being available when needed. By consistently showing up, keeping his word and building lasting relationships, he has earned the trust of customers and colleagues alike.
